What can I realistically see in Ireland in seven days without changing beds every night?
One region done properly, from two bases. The pattern that works: three nights in the southwest, based in Killarney, for the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula as a day trip and Killarney National Park. Then three or four nights in Galway, for the city itself, Connemara, and the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren, which sit on the road between the two bases. That is two beds, no stay under three nights, and no driving day much over three hours. Adding Dublin, Cork and the Causeway Coast as well turns the week into a windscreen tour. Our 7 day Wild Atlantic itinerary follows exactly this shape and opens in the planner.
