Which Irish attractions suit teenagers as well as younger children?
Aim for places with something to do, not just something to look at. In Dublin, EPIC the Irish Emigration Museum runs on touchscreens and stamped passports, and the Croke Park stadium tour adds a rooftop walkway that holds older children. In Belfast, Titanic Belfast holds teenagers who would drift through a castle, and Cave Hill above the city gives them a climb. Out west, surf lessons at Lahinch or Strandhill, boat trips from Dingle and Killarney, and cycling the national park paths around Killarney fill days without a screen. Younger children still get plenty from the same list; it is the order that changes, active first, museum after lunch.
