What is the Great Links golf itinerary, and who is it for?
It is our seven day golf itinerary, flown into Shannon and paced like a holiday rather than a test of endurance. Two nights in Ennis cover Lahinch, the Castle Course as a gentle warm up and the Old Course as the first serious round, with the Cliffs of Moher fitted in after golf. A deliberate no golf touring day through Adare leads to Killarney for four nights: the Killeen parkland course, Tralee as a day trip, and Ballybunion's Old Course as the round the week is built around, booked first and well ahead. It suits golfers who want four serious courses in a week and travelling companions who still get towns, music and scenery in the evenings.
