What can I see in County Kerry without trying to do everything in one day?
Give each of the three big pieces its own day, all from Killarney. One day for the national park itself: Muckross House, Torc Waterfall and the lakes, on foot or by boat, with no long drive at all. One full day for the Ring of Kerry, starting early, with the Gap of Dunloe and Ladies View worked in rather than added on. One day for the Dingle Peninsula and the Slea Head loop, sleeping in Dingle town if you can, for the harbour pubs and food. Skellig Michael needs its own boat day in season. Anything shorter means dropping a peninsula, not rushing all three.
