What can I see in County Cork if I only have two days?
Keep the two days east and central, and leave West Cork for a longer trip. Day one belongs to the city and the harbour: the English Market in the morning, then Cobh for the Titanic and emigration story, with Fota Island on the way back if time allows. Day two, go to Blarney Castle and its gardens in the morning, then drive about thirty five minutes in our dataset to Kinsale for the harbour, a walk and dinner where the restaurants fill early. That shape gives you city, harbour and one good food town, without spending both days crossing Ireland's largest county.
