What are the best things to do in County Antrim?
Start at the Giant's Causeway and go early, before the day buses: the basalt columns are the real thing, not a poster. Then drive the coast road south rather than the motorway, stopping at Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and ruined Dunluce Castle, and take one glen properly, Glenariff with its waterfall walk if you pick one. Belfast is the county's other half: Titanic Belfast on the old shipyard site earns half a day. If time is short, drop the Lough Neagh shore towns. They are pleasant local places, but nothing there outranks the coast or the city.
