Where can I store luggage in Dublin, Belfast, Galway or Cork during the day?
Three routes cover most days. Dublin Airport runs staffed left luggage desks in both terminals, handy for a late flight after a city day. Commercial storage networks book bags into local shops and hotels near the main stations in all four cities: you reserve and pay per bag per day online, currently from €1.49 a bag a day in Galway, from £1.49 in Belfast and from about €3 a bag a day in Cork with a network such as Stasher, then drop the bag within the host's opening hours. Some main stations have lockers or a left luggage office, but provision changes and spaces go early on event days. The third route is free: a hotel you are staying in that night, or stayed in the night before, will usually hold bags at reception if you ask. Check the closing time before you plan a long day around a stored bag.
