Are vegetarian, vegan, coeliac and gluten free options easy to find in Ireland?

Easier than in most countries, because coeliac disease is common and well understood in Ireland, with about one person in a hundred affected. Restaurants and cafes must provide written information on the 14 regulated allergens, menus commonly mark gluten free dishes, and the Coeliac Society of Ireland runs an Eating Out Pledge listing trained caterers. Say I am coeliac, rather than I avoid gluten, and kitchens treat it as the medical need it is. Vegetarian dishes are standard everywhere. Vegan choice is strong in the cities and university towns and thinner in small rural pubs, where it is worth ringing ahead.
