How do I arrange assistance at Irish airports and ferry ports?
Book it through the carrier, not the building. For flights, tell your airline, travel agent or tour operator at least 48 hours before departure, as Dublin Airport asks, and the airport's assistance provider will meet you at a help point or the special assistance desk and take you through check in, security and boarding. The PRM Assist app is the direct route at Dublin. For ferries, contact the ferry company before you travel: Irish Ferries asks for at least 48 hours notice so your booking can be flagged and your vehicle placed near a lift. Ports such as Rosslare ask you to arrange through the ferry operator, who passes your needs to the port team.
